About Tutti
-
Tutti provides executive operations for life and work. We coordinate household and business projects, provide executive administration, plan events and gatherings, manage holiday gifting and support families through life transitions. You tell us what matters, and we organize the people, schedules and details to see it through.
-
We work with executives, founders, visionary companies and families who want one trusted partner to handle the details. Many of our clients are referred by their advisors, family offices or other clients.
-
Our core team is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California's Central Coast, Malibu, Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach, and we work with clients throughout those regions and remotely across the U.S. Lake Tahoe is coming soon. Travel for on-site projects can be arranged as part of the project scope.
-
Tutti brings sophistication and kindness to everything we do. You work with one accountable lead who knows your preferences, coordinates the right specialists and follows through until the work is done.
Working together
-
It starts with a complimentary conversation about what you need. We then send a written Project Estimate with the scope, responsibilities, timeline and fee, so you know exactly what we're handling before any work begins.
-
Every engagement has a fixed project fee or a monthly retainer, agreed in writing before we begin. Approved purchases and expenses are billed at cost with receipts, and we always ask before spending above an agreed amount.
-
Both. Many clients start with a single project, like a holiday gifting program or a household project, and some later move to a monthly retainer for ongoing support.
-
Both, depending on the work. Much of our coordination happens remotely, and we're on-site when the project calls for it.
-
It depends on the need. If you need someone every day, a full-time hire may be the right choice. If you have an important project, a seasonal push or a transition that's overloading your team, a defined project with a clear scope and finish line is often the better fit. We're happy to talk through which makes sense for you.
-
Yes, with care. Because discretion matters to our clients, we share examples only with permission and without identifying details. We're happy to walk you through relevant work during your first conversation.
-
Yes. We plan and coordinate the move from start to finish: the timeline, the movers and other vendors, what goes where and the details at both homes. The moving and packing itself is done by licensed professionals we coordinate on your behalf.
-
Yes. When an important project or a busy season is stretching your team, we take on a defined piece of the work so everyone else can keep doing theirs. We work alongside your staff, not in place of them.
-
Tutti leads the planning, coordination and follow-through. For specialized work, we recommend and coordinate trusted vendors and licensed professionals. Your Project Estimate states who is responsible for each part of the work.
-
We don't provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or medical advice, and we don't handle licensed construction or trade work ourselves. We also don't provide moving, packing, client transportation, childcare, caregiving, cleaning or security services. We're happy to coordinate with the professionals who do.
Holiday gifting and events
-
There are two ways to work with us. With Gifting Advisory, we curate thoughtful ideas for each recipient and your team handles the ordering. With Managed Gifting, we take care of everything: sourcing, approvals, budget tracking, purchasing, wrapping, shipping and a record of who received what.
-
As early as possible. Availability is limited during the season and confirmed for each engagement. Gift orders placed after December 15 may not arrive before the holidays.
-
Yes. We plan and coordinate gatherings, celebrations and special occasions, from intimate dinners to company events, each quoted as its own project.
Privacy and trust
-
Discretion is at the heart of what we do. Everything we learn about you, your family, your home and your business is kept confidential and used only to serve you. We never post about clients or use a client's name in marketing without written permission.
-
Yes. Everyone on our core team has completed a background check and signed confidentiality terms before being assigned to a client.
-
Yes. Tutti carries general liability, professional liability and cyber insurance. Certificates are available on request.
-
Yes, and you stay in control. Many clients need practical help that falls outside financial advice, like a household transition, a major project or a busy season. We handle that work alongside your advisors, never in place of them. You decide what, if anything, we share with your advisor or family office, and you can change that at any time.
-
Yes, and we're glad to be open about it. Our team uses AI tools for meeting notes, drafting, research, scheduling and time tracking, so our time goes to the work that truly needs a person. We always ask before using an AI notetaker on a call or in a meeting, and you're always free to say no. We turn off settings that allow tool providers to train on our work, and a person reviews everything before it reaches you. Tools never replace judgment, consent or confidentiality. You can ask for our current list of tools at any time, or ask us to leave AI out of your work entirely. We use technology to run our own work well; we don't sell, install or manage technology systems for clients.
