Tutti is operated by Clarissa Nicosia Prentice doing business as Tutti (“Tutti,” “we,” “us” or “our”). This notice explains how we collect, use and disclose information when you visit tuttimgmt.com, subscribe to updates, contact us, submit a professional or vendor application, or request an appointment through our website.

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, subscribe to updates, submit an application or request an appointment. Depending on your interaction, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, appointment details and information you provide about your service needs or professional background.

Our Join Us form also allows you to provide a message and upload a file. We use application information, including any resume, portfolio or professional links you choose to share, to evaluate potential working relationships and respond to you.

Website inquiries and applications are processed through Squarespace and our business email service. This allows us to receive, review and respond to your submissions.

Please do not submit payment-card details, account passwords, government identification numbers, medical information or other sensitive personal information through a newsletter signup or initial inquiry. If a project requires sensitive information, contact us first to agree on an appropriate way to share it.

Newsletter signups and appointments

Newsletter signups. When you subscribe through our website, we collect your email address to maintain your subscription and provide the news and updates you requested. Subscriber information is stored in Squarespace Contacts.

You can ask us to stop sending marketing messages by emailing info@tuttimgmt.com. Where a message includes an unsubscribe link, you can also use that link; opting out of marketing does not prevent communications needed to respond to your inquiry or manage an appointment or engagement.

Appointments. We use Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service, to manage website appointment requests. Information you provide through the scheduler is processed to arrange your appointment and communicate with you about it; Squarespace describes its handling of information through its website and scheduling services in its Privacy Policy.

The booking form collects your first and last name, phone number and email address, along with your appointment selection and recorded consent choices. If you opt into appointment-related SMS messages through the booking form, you may receive messages about appointments or waitlist availability; message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, as explained in the booking form.

Information collected when you browse

Our website is hosted by Squarespace. To deliver, protect and improve its services, Squarespace collects information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed and referring pages, as described in its Privacy Policy.

We use Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics to understand website activity and improve the website. Depending on the tool and your choices, activity information may include pages visited, interactions, visit timing, referring sources and browser or device details; the providers describe their practices in the Squarespace Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

Cookies and privacy choices

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, preferences and analytics. You can use “Manage cookies” or “Cookie Preferences” on the website to review and change the optional settings available to you.

Declining optional analytics cookies does not mean that every transmission to an analytics provider stops. Our Google Analytics implementation uses consent mode, which can send consent information and limited measurement signals without analytics cookies when analytics storage is denied; Google explains this behavior in its consent-mode guidance.

Browser settings may also let you block or delete cookies. Your choices may need to be made again if you clear browser storage or use a different browser or device.

Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not currently automatically override your saved analytics-cookie preferences on this site. Use our cookie controls to change those preferences; declining optional cookies does not stop the limited transmissions described above.

Third-party providers may collect information about your interactions with our website and other websites or services over time. Their collection and use depend on the services involved, their policies and your settings; see the Squarespace Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

Spam protection

Our newsletter form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated submissions and abuse. Google explains that reCAPTCHA uses a security cookie for risk analysis; its processing is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, with additional information in Google's reCAPTCHA documentation.

How we use and disclose information

We use information to respond to inquiries, review professional and vendor applications, arrange appointments, maintain requested subscriptions, communicate about your needs, operate and improve the website, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell contact information or provide subscriber lists to other businesses for their own marketing.

We do not currently use advertising or remarketing tracking tools on our website. This is separate from our use of website analytics and the service-provider processing described in this notice.

Information is disclosed to providers supporting these activities, including Squarespace for website hosting, subscriber storage, scheduling and analytics, and Google for analytics and spam protection. These providers also process certain information for their own purposes under the Squarespace Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

Our business email provider also processes inquiries, applications and related communications so we can receive and respond to them. We limit our use of this information to the purposes described in this notice and any additional purposes explained to you when the information is collected.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security. Arrangements for handling additional information needed for an accepted client project should be discussed as part of that engagement.

Retention and information requests

We retain personal information only for legitimate business or legal needs. Retention depends on the type of information, the reason it was collected, any ongoing relationship, applicable legal obligations and the settings of the services used to store it; some records may need to be retained to document requests, honor communication preferences, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.

You may email info@tuttimgmt.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or change your communication preferences. We may need to verify your identity before acting; requests are subject to applicable law and any legitimate retention requirements.

Security and external services

No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us before sending confidential information that is not needed for a basic inquiry.

Our website may link to external websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, which you should review before providing information.

Changes to this notice
